For guests coming from out of town, a block of rooms has been reserved at both the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh and The Westin in Downtown Pittsburgh. See the "Travel" page for more details and links to reserve. Please note that the number of discounted rooms may be limited, so be sure to book in advance.
Guests are also welcome to stay at any number of hotels or Airbnbs outside of the room blocks provided.
What do I do if the room block doesn't have any more rooms?
If you are looking to book a hotel room before the booking deadline (July 11, 2025), please contact Madeline or Peter to see about additional rooms.
Will there be transportation?
Formal transportation will not be organized, but all events are located within a 10 minute car ride from both St. Paul's Cathedral and The Pennsylvanian.
Is there parking at the venue?
St. Paul's Cathedral has a parking lot, as well as additional parking at Oakland Catholic High School (located on Craig Street). The Pennsylvanian also has parking, but space is limited. Guests are encouraged to utilize carpool and rideshare options.
Please note, The Pennsylvanian is walking distance from both hotel room blocks for those who are interested in walking.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP via The Knot by June 1, 2025.
What should I wear?
Attire for the Welcome Party on Friday night is cocktail attire themed "floral chic". Please enjoy dressing in your favorite florals and summer colors! Check this link for floral chic inspiration: https://pin.it/3tBv0bp9V
Dress for the Wedding Ceremony & Reception on Saturday is Black Tie.
May I bring my children?
While we love children (especially yours!), we can only accommodate those who are listed on the invitation and RSVP.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Mass will begin promptly at 2:00pm, so we encourage guests to arrive by 1:45pm.
What do I do in between the ceremony and reception?
If you'd prefer to make the most of your visit to the Steel City, please see the "Explore Pittsburgh" tab for fun things to do. Otherwise, we encourage all guests to enjoy the short intermission and rest up for a fun night ahead!
